Who are Thomson Reuters?

Thomson Reuters are a company that provide trusted expertise, powerful technology, advanced AI, and industry-leading insights to help professionals “know today and navigate tomorrow”, designing trusted content, software, and services to increase the efficiency of legal practitioners.

The Brief

Thomson Reuters asked us back for another event! This event entailed 2 separate days which included our immersive cocktail service. Our main goal was to create a memorable and impactful experience that fostered meaningful connections between the Thomson Reuters team and guests. Serving cocktails, wines & beers.

• Catered to 250+ guests
• 2 Event days
• Wine & beer service
• Printed drinks & flair bartending

Event Day

Day 1

We held the event at Thomson Reuters Head Office in Canary Wharf over two separate days. On Day 1, we arrived a few hours before service to set up our equipment. Despite corporate security measures, the staff escorted us personally to our designated area, allowing for a smooth setup.  Later that day, we returned for a successful service, serving pleasant guests in a great atmosphere.

Day 2

On the second day, we ensured the setup was visually appealing for the larger crowd. Despite the increased number of guests, service went smoothly. After the event, we quickly packed up with help from the friendly security and loading staff. We’re thankful for the chance to work with the company again and look forward to future opportunities.
