This depends on your number of guests and optional extras you have selected. Usually we aim to set up 2-3 hours before the event.

We have a variety of mobile bars with various sizes and configurations. This is something we can advise based on the size, location and nature of your event.

A minimum of 2 weeks is typically required. The more notice the better as it gives us time to prepare your menu and source ingredients as needed. Please note all quotes are only valid for 7 days.

Yes, we do. We have a standard cover of £10 million. This can be increased on demand if required.

Yes, we are fully licensed and are able to operate on behalf of your venue if they lack the relevant licensing. 

Absolutely! We can help advise on volumes needed based on your number of guests, drinks etc. Alternatively we can provide it.
