The Brief

Create a memorable experience for clients visiting on the launch day by providing a champagne reception and cocktail experience. Our role was to elevate the overall event ambience and leave a memorable impression on those attending.

What We Did

• Champagne Reception for the grand opening of the new store
• Catered for 120 guests
• Branded Bar
• Flair bartending (bubbles, fire, etc)
• Selection of bespoke cocktails and mocktails, with lots of emphasis on personalised elements 

Event Day

We worked closely with event organisers to successfully launch their new shop in Borough Yards, London. Our primary goal was to showcase the essence of Ted Baker’s brand and craft an immersive, inviting ambiance for all the guests in attendance.
