DB Schenker are global industry leaders, providing innovative supply chain solutions, supporting industries and trade in the global exchange of goods. The HIX Event is an annual exhibition for the hotel and hospitality supply chain.

The Brief

We were invited to do a cocktails reception in the VIP Lounge of the exhibition, which was sponsored by DB Schenker. Our brief was a 4 hour service which was to compliment the theme of the room.

What we did

• Printed drinks & flair bartending
• Catered to 80+ guests
• Tailored Menu with a wide array of drinks
• Bespoke bar

Event Day

The event took place at the Business Design Centre in London. On arrival we were greeted by event co-ordinators, and after unloading into an already busy VIP lounge, we began service! Guests enjoyed 3 of our most popular cocktails as they networked amongst each other. With positive feedback pouring in throughout the day, our service proved to be a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
