Who are Naitram?
Naitram is taking the event industry by storm with their revolutionary web3 ticketing platform. By providing secure, transparent and fair ticket sales, Naitram aims to strengthen the connection between event organisers and consumers changing the way events are organised and attended.
The Brief
This was a launch event so you already know they went big! The main focus was to highlight the Naitram brand and create an immersive, fun & welcoming atmosphere.
What we did
- Catered for over 200 Attendees throughout the evening
- Provided a360 Bar with the Naitram branding
- A custom curated cocktail menu to be ‘on brand.’
- Helped created a successful launch party, showcasing the brand to potential clients, investors as well as employees and key stakeholders.
Event Day
The venue, De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, offered great space inside. Additionally the staff were also very helpful in assisting us get what we needed to create an immersive atmosphere.
At the venue our floor was split into 3 separate sections. The main hall with music, a massive widescreen, casino games and seating areas, a photo room with a huge backdrop, & the cocktail section which housed our 360 Bar with the Naitram logo wrapping all the way round.
The guests list included several influencers including Love Island star Zara Denis.
The Legendary J Spades, a music artist from East London was also in attendance and filmed part of his music video ‘Slow motion’ during the event, in which we were featured – Check it out below!
